01Introduction & General Information

ACS444 (acs444.click) is an online Sports Betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. It is important to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any of ACS444's services. The rules set out here form a legally binding agreement between you and ACS444.

ACS444 operates under an international gaming license. We believe transparency is the best policy — which is why every rule is written in plain language so that all users can easily understand them. Our goal is to speak directly and avoid legal jargon.

These terms apply exclusively to the ACS444 website and app. Any third-party site or app using the ACS444 name is not authorized by us, and ACS444 is not responsible for any transactions made through such platforms.

02Account Registration & Usage Rules

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account at ACS444. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. ACS444 may request a National ID or birth certificate at any time to verify a member's age.

Each person may hold only one ACS444 account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, or bank account will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances may be forfeited.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. If an account is opened using false or incorrect details, ACS444 reserves the right to close it at any time. Identity verification (KYC) is required at withdrawal — your name, mobile number, and payment account must all belong to the same person.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited

• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and notify Support

03Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The minimum deposit at ACS444 is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits are determined by the member's VIP level and chosen payment method. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 5–15 minutes.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted and verification is complete, ACS444 typically processes the payment within 15 minutes to 2 hours. First-time withdrawals require KYC documents to be submitted. Once verified, you won't need to submit them again.

ACS444 charges no fees on deposits. There are no processing fees on withdrawals either — you receive the full amount you request. However, any charges applied by your bank or mobile banking operator are outside ACS444's control.

04Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed on acs444, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a "Cash Out" option is available, in which case that may be used. Please review your bet carefully before placing it, as no refunds will be issued once the amount has been deducted from your account.

If a match or event is cancelled or suspended by the organizers and does not resume within the scheduled time, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. For partial matches, ACS444's own rules apply.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ACS444 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Any bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (such as below 1.01 or abnormally high) may be cancelled by ACS444.

• Both single bets and multiple bets (parlay/accumulator) are permitted
• In Live Betting, odds can change every few seconds — the odds at the time you click and the odds at confirmation may differ
• There is a maximum limit on the number of bets a single user can place on one event — this limit is displayed on the page
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

ACS444 bonuses come with terms — but we write those terms clearly and in plain language. All details are listed under the "Bonus Terms" section on each bonus page. Please read them before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements must typically be met before a bonus can be withdrawn — meaning you need to bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing. A time limit applies to completing the wagering requirement.

Some bonuses apply only to specific games or sports. Sports bonuses generally cannot be used on casino games, and vice versa. The eligibility for each bonus is clearly stated.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same phone number or device
• ACS444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
• Cashback bonuses can generally be withdrawn directly — check the bonus page to see whether wagering requirements apply

06Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on ACS444. These rules are in place to protect both ACS444 and its members. Involvement in any prohibited activity will result in account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through ACS444
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems
• Match fixing or misuse of insider information
• Stealing or attempting to fraudulently access another member's account
• Obtaining unauthorized benefits through chargebacks or payment fraud

ACS444 uses automated systems to detect suspicious activity. Any account showing unusual patterns is immediately flagged and suspended for review.

07Account Suspension & Closure Policy

ACS444 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: rule violations, suspected fraud, KYC verification failure, or security-related concerns.

If an account is suspended and a review finds no rule violations, the account will be reinstated along with the remaining balance. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may also close their own account at any time. Submitting a closure request through Support will allow you to clear your balance before the account is closed. Note that self-exclusion and account closure are two different processes — contact Support for details.

08Responsible Gaming

ACS444 firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Every member is encouraged to play responsibly. ACS444 provides a range of tools that members can use to manage their own activity.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you're willing to lose over a given period
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for anywhere between 6 months and permanently

Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use ACS444. Parents and guardians are advised to enable appropriate parental controls on their devices.

09Privacy & Data Protection

Acs444 collects your personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. Your name, mobile number, payment details, and betting history are never shared with any third party outside of acs444.

10Changes & Enforceability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the rules of acs444's licensing authority.
